At RTL, we are committed to providing comprehensive internal training to our operators, and we are currently in the process of becoming a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Our vision is to equip all our operators with multiple Resources and Infrastructure Industry Training (RII) tickets, representing a significant step in our dedication to excellence. The RII qualifications that will soon be within RTL’s scope cover a range of essential operations, including wheel loader, dozer, grader, tractor, roller, backhoe/loader, civil construction excavations, and more, reflecting our commitment to ensuring our workforce is skilled and proficient in various aspects of our industry.
